手工手板模型和數(shù)控手板模型的區(qū)別

手板模型亦稱首板，即產(chǎn)品的首個(gè)樣板。早在七十年代香港開始有手板興起，因早時(shí)都用手工制作為主，因而得名曰"手板"，其實(shí)叫首板更為準(zhǔn)確。九十年代后期，特別是近幾年，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)突飛猛進(jìn)，工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的興起，手板業(yè)開始興起。手板雖小，作用卻非常大，一是體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思維，二是展覽會(huì)展示，三是檢驗(yàn)?zāi)＞呓Y(jié)構(gòu)。 
       手板廠介紹早期的手板因?yàn)槭艿礁鞣N條件的限制，主要表現(xiàn)在其大部分工作都是用手工完成的，使得做出的手板工期長而很難嚴(yán)格達(dá)到外觀和結(jié)構(gòu)圖紙的尺寸要求，因而其檢查外觀或結(jié)構(gòu)合理性的功能也大打折扣。隨著科技的進(jìn)步，CAD和CAM技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為手板制造提供了更加好的技術(shù)支持，使得手板的精確成為可能。另一方面，隨著社會(huì)競爭的日益激烈，產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)速度日益成為競爭的主要矛盾，而手板制造恰恰能有效地提高產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的速度。正是在這種情況下，手板制造業(yè)便脫穎而出，成為一個(gè)相對獨(dú)立的行業(yè)而蓬勃發(fā)展起來。
